Lena [sie\/ihr] leitet unsere Personalabteilung und \u00fcberwacht alle Aktivit\u00e4ten und Initiativen im Zusammenhang mit dem Personalwesen und der \u201eEmployee Experience\u201c. Lena entwickelt die Abteilung so, dass sich unsere Organisationskultur im Umgang mit unserem Team widerspiegelt und positive Erfahrungen f\u00fcr unsere Mitarbeiter schafft, w\u00e4hrend GFI weiter w\u00e4chst. Ihr Hintergrund liegt in Tech-for-Good-Startups und Scale-ups, sowie dem Aufbau und der Entwicklung kleiner Personalteams zur Unterst\u00fctzung des Unternehmenswachstums.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
