Isabel hat bei GFI Europe eine Doppelrolle \u2013 sie ist Mitglied des Personalteams und unterst\u00fctzt zugleich das gesamte Operations-Team, indem sie eine Vielzahl von Verwaltungsaufgaben \u00fcbernimmt. Isabel k\u00fcmmert sich um unseren Onboarding-Prozess und sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass die Teammitglieder einen reibungslosen und angenehmen Start bei GFI Europe haben. Dar\u00fcber hinaus \u00fcbernimmt sie eine Reihe weiterer Aufgaben im Bereich Personalwesen, darunter die Unterst\u00fctzung beim Recruiting und die Durchf\u00fchrung von Offboardings. Isabel hat einen Abschluss in Sozialp\u00e4dagogik und einen Postgraduiertenabschluss in psychosozialer Rehabilitation und psychischer Gesundheit. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
