Italia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebbene il sostegno governativo per le proteine alternative sia significativamente inferiore rispetto ad altri Paesi europei, i ricercatori italiani stanno comunque emergendo class=\"media-content__content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\" id=\"mooc\">Bruno Cell<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bruno Cell \u00e8 la prima startup italiana di carne coltivata, fondata da due professori associati dell&#8217;Universit\u00e0 di Trento e intitolata al filosofo italiano del XVI secolo Giordano Bruno. Il progetto mira a scalare la produzione di ingredienti proteici nutrienti per proteine alternative utilizzando i semi d&#8217;uva, che sono un abbondante sottoprodotto della
