Alessandro (he/his) works with policymakers, scientists, food safety experts and businesses to secure a clear and evidence-based regulatory path to market for plant-based and fermentation-made foods, and cultivated meat, and to secure government funding for innovation.
He is based in Brussels, Belgium, and has a background in EU public affairs.
