Andrea plays a key role in making sure our day-to-day People Operations run smoothly, particularly focusing on the running of recruitment and payroll operations.

Andrea is a member of the People Operations team at GFI Europe, and her role contributes to ensuring that team members have a positive employee experience from recruitment through to offboarding. Andrea’s key areas of focus are recruitment and payroll, not only in terms of the daily running, but also in terms of process optimisation.
Andrea comes with a varied HR background, with experience of working in a generalist People Operations capacity, as well as working more closely with HR data, and also with HR Project Management.
