People Operations and Admin Assistant
Isabel plays a dual role at GFI Europe, supporting with the People Operations across the employee lifecycle, as well as having a hands-on role in ensuring the completion of administrative tasks.

Isabel has a dual role at GFI Europe – she is a member of the People Operations team, but also contributes to the wider Operations team by taking responsibility for a broad range of administrative duties. Isabel looks after our onboarding process, making sure that team members have a smooth and welcoming start at GFI Europe. She also handles a range of other People Ops tasks, including supporting recruitment, research policies, and running offboarding.
Isabel has a degree in Social Education and a Postgraduate degree in Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Mental Health. She has consulted with a range of clients, developing her skills in a wide range of business support capabilities.
