Lena leads the People Operations function and, alongside the team, works to ensure that GFI Europe offers a positive, fair and inclusive people experience for all team members.
Areas of expertise: building and developing people functions in scaling organizations, full HR lifecycle management.
Lena [she/her] leads our People Function, overseeing all people operations and employee experience-related activities and initiatives. Lena develops the function to ensure our approach to people maintains and enhances our culture, and delivers positive employee experiences as the organisation continues to grow and mature. Her background is in tech-for-good startups and scale-ups, building and developing small People teams to support organisational growth.
