Viola works to expand our analysis of the global and European alternative protein research ecosystem.
She holds a PhD in computational cancer biology and international experience in interdisciplinary collaboration. She is experienced in communicating complex topics to diverse audiences, coordinating projects, and analysing different data types.
Long interested in the transition towards sustainable food systems, she has actively pursued this field alongside her research and is now applying her analytical and strategic skills to advance high-impact research and innovation in the alternative protein field.
