Carlos leads GFI Europe’s public affairs work in Spain, supporting policymakers to shape public policy so that Spain becomes a world leader in plant-based, fermentation-made, and cultivated meat.
His background includes roles in both the Spanish parliament and government, as well as in the European Commission.
